Entrepreneurs on MicroMentor are looking for specific assistance related to the impact of COVID-19 on their businesses. They are looking for mentors like you to help them through this time.

We invite mentors to identify themselves as willing to help. These mentors receive badges on their profiles that make them easy to visually identify and make them searchable. See the example below.

Since our COVID-19 mentors have increased visibility, and will be working with an especially vulnerable segment of entrepreneurs, we ask that you agree to a special code of conduct before becoming part of our COVID-19 Response mentoring group.

Expectations of COVID-19 Response team members

Response team members will respond to each request for guidance--even if it is a polite "no." We do not expect you to provide mentoring for every request, but you may not leave any message from an entrepreneur unanswered.

Response team members will proactively communicate with entrepreneurs on the site whose work is affected by COVID-19 by reaching out. Entrepreneurs will soon be identified by their own badges. You can also search for the terms COVID-19 and Coronavirus in the entrepreneur search and Q&A.

Response team mentors will not participate in solicitation or upsell of any kind.
