Each year, the School Improvement Committee (SIMCO) asks parents/guardians to complete our annual survey in order to better serve our children. We appreciate any and all feedback as it relates to your child/children's experience for the 2018-2019 school year. This survey does not collect your email address or require you to leave your name. Please mark only one response for each question. This annual Naquag SIMCO Spring Survey will be available "on-line" - Wednesday, May 1- Friday, May 10. We welcome your participation and input!
