2021 Port Moody Panthers ID Camp Registration

This camp helps the Panthers staff identify players (both as full-time and affiliates) for the 2021-22 season and beyond.

Goaltenders born between 2001 and 2005 are invited to register.

Date: July 5, 2021 (Goalie Session)

July 6 - 8, 2021 (Identification Camp)

Time: All ice sessions are in the evening with a precise schedule to be determined. Each player is guaranteed three sessions.

Location: Planet Ice Delta, 10388 Nordel Ct, Delta, BC

Fee: $100 (including tax)

Registration is not confirmed until fees are paid in full. You will receive an email confirming your registration is complete.

Goaltenders selected to advance to the full Identification Camp are required to pay the remaining registration fee balance of $125.

Prior to July 2, 2021, refunds will ONLY be granted for cancellation due to inability to participate for medical reasons. A physician's letter will be required in ALL circumstances. Regardless of circumstances, absolutely no refunds will be granted after July 2, 2021. Other than cancellation for medical reasons as defined above, no refunds will be granted. *

In consideration of the participant and his/her parent/guardian being permitted to register the participant, and participate in any activities organized by the Port Moody Panthers Junior Hockey Club, we hereby forever release and discharge the Port Moody Panthers and their directors, agents, employees and any person or corporation connected herewith from all the manner of action, injury, loss, damages, costs, claims or demands which we shall or may hereafter have, suffer or receive by reason of such participation in the camp. The release shall be binding on our heirs, assigns, executors and administrators. It is agreed that the Port Moody Panthers Junior Hockey Club does not and shall not be considered to guarantee or warrant such equipment in the conducting of the said camp. It is further agreed the Port Moody Panthers Junior Hockey Club is not responsible for lost hockey equipment. *
