2023 Atlanta Suzuki Institute Housing & Dining Application
Thank you for registering to attend the 2023 Atlanta Suzuki Institute!

This application is for family/student participants and teacher training participants who plan to stay in on-campus housing AND/OR participate in the on-campus meal plan during Institute. If you will be making your own off-campus housing and dining arrangements you do not need to complete this form.

Please submit ONE form per family of participants. Housing & dining fees will be assessed separately from 2023 ASI student and teacher training program registration fees and tuition.

All housing and dining registration and payments are due May 1, 2023.

Housing Fees
  • Double occupancy: $80 per room per night
  • Single occupancy: $65 per room per night
Housing Information
  • Teacher Training Participants staying on campus will check in on Tuesday, June 20 (afternoon) and check out on Sunday, June 25 (afternoon), a 5-night stay
  • Student/Family Participants staying on campus will check in on Wednesday, June 21 (afternoon) and check out on Sunday, June 25 (afternoon), a 4-night stay
  • All beds are Twin XL (80" x 36") and participants will need to provide all linens (sheets, towels, etc.) and toiletries
  • Bathrooms are attached to individual rooms
  • No more than 2 people (regardless of age) are allowed to stay in a room
Dining Fees for Students/Families
  • Lunches only, ages 12 and under: $30 total (Thursday-Sunday)
  • Lunches only, ages 13 and older: $60 total (Thursday-Sunday)
  • Full meal plan, ages 12 and under: $75 (dinner Wednesday - lunch Sunday)
  • Full meal plan, ages 13 and older: $150 (dinner Wednesday - lunch Sunday)
Dining Fees for Teacher Training Participants
  • Lunches only, ages 13 and older: $70 total (Wednesday - Sunday)
  • Full meal plan, ages 13 and older: $180 total (dinner Tuesday - lunch Sunday)

Dining Information
  • Participants will only be able to enter the dining hall at assigned meal times, but once inside it's all-you-can-eat. Food may not be removed from the dining hall.

  • ASI will not be able to issue refunds for unused portions of the meal plan.
