Thank you for your interest in the WI-AIMH Reflective Supervision Learning Collaborative (RSLC). The goal of the RSLC is to increase statewide availability and accessibility of reflective supervision and to support professionals in pursuing Endorsement®. The RSLC is designed for professionals who are interested in building and strengthening their capacity to provide individual or group reflective supervision/consultation (RSC) and becoming Endorsed Reflective Supervisors.
The WI-AIMH RSLC is a 12-month process composed of in-person learning sessions and active implementation phases, with built-in support throughout the process.
It is critical that participants be fully prepared to commit to all components of the training to strengthen the overall investment of time and resources made to participate in the program. The 12-month program includes 5 learning sessions; monthly reflective consultation; attendance at the WI-AIMH Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Conference, and materials and resources to complement and support learning.
The RSLC is most appropriate for IMH professionals who have familiarity with reflective supervision and have organizational support to both attend the RSLC and provide reflective supervision within their agency or program.
The full cost of operating the RSLC is $3,000 per participant. WI-AIMH is currently able to award up to 6 scholarships for Early Care and Education (ECE) professionals and is working diligently to secure additional scholarships and cost saving opportunities. Nonetheless, agencies should budget for the full amount of $3,000. Full payment is due by July 1, 2024.
