Allen ISD Council of PTAs is excited to present a community-wide Wellness Fair on Saturday, April 6, 2024 from 11 a.m to 3 p.m. at the STEAM center.  This wellness fair will focus on the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of our parents and students. We will have lunch, activities for kids, and providers/vendors at the fair to share their information about how their organization can help our community choose healthy behaviors that benefit our mind and body. 

We will also host speakers who will present different programs for adults and youths on topics covering mental and emotional health. In addition, we will have yoga instructors teaching yoga and breathing techniques and instruction on easy meditation techniques.
