Junior League of Sarasota Community Project Application 2022-2023
ALL APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY MIDNIGHT ON AUGUST 1, 2022

Please complete the application and send the documents below to diad@jlsarasota.org. These documents must be received by the deadline for your organization's application to be considered complete.
* A copy of your organization's 501(c)(3) IRS Determination Letter
* A project/program budget. Include all revenues and expenses, including any additional funders, amounts and status of funding.  

DONE IN A DAY (DIAD) GUIDELINES

DIAD PROJECT BUDGET:              
Up to $1,000 per project request

DIAD PROJECT GUIDELINES:      
* Project can be accomplished in 1 day, or an 8 hr or less time frame
* Project shall be a hands-on project in which our League members can actively participate, with approximately 6-12 League members participating
* Project must be completed between October 2022 - April 2023
* Projects are typically completed on Saturdays, if another day is required please note it


DONE IN A MEETING (DIAM) GUIDELINES

DIAM PROJECT BUDGET:                
Up to $100 per project request

DIAM PROJECT GUIDELINES:      
* Project should be accomplished in 10-15 minutes, with preparations prior to event day
* Project may involve donating supplies for your organization (book drive, hygiene or clothing items)
                                         

The following will not be considered for Done in A Day, Done in A Meeting or Community Grant: Fundraising drives or related events, capital campaigns, political groups/candidates, sectarian/religious activities, or scholarship funds.

The applicant must be a 501(c)3 Florida not-for-profit corporation, organization or agency operating exclusively for charitable, educational or scientific purposes.

Selected applicants will be contacted by mid-October to begin coordination of the project.
