Flight Crew 2021-22
Flight Crew members are a select group of students that are selected to assist the James Clemens High School Baseball Program. Our focus is to support the JC Jets Baseball program through various volunteer services.

Q:  What is Flight Crew?
A:  Flight Crew is a support organization for the James Clemens High School Baseball team.

Q:  What do Flight Crew Members do?
A:  Flight Crew Members can volunteer for service slots that include assisting special guests in the ballpark during special events(Senior Day, Best Buddies Night, etc), assisting with concessions, volunteering in the Press Box to assist with running the scoreboard or other electronic applications the team utilizes, and raising/lowering the flag prior to game/end of game. Participants are expected to stay throughout their volunteer slot and offer the team support. They represent James Clemens High School and are expected to support the team in a positive manner.

Q:  How Much of a Time Commitment is Required?
A:  Being part of the Flight Crew does require a commitment of time, but many students can participate in other organizations as well as work outside jobs while having time to volunteer with the Flight Crew. Generally volunteer opportunities are during JC Baseball Home Games in the late afternoon/evening times beginning in February and ending in May 2022. There are a small number of dates/times on Saturdays. Participants can sign up for volunteer commitments that work best with their schedule. All service slots will be available to choose from through our Flight Crew Sign Up Genius. It is required that Participants serve a minimum number of service hours during a season. The number of service hours will be determined when a total number of volunteers serving is decided.

A:  Fees for the 2020-21 Season have yet to be determined and are based on number of participants. Fees include items ordered in your spirit pack, typically a tee and hoodie.  Fees are kept to a minimum and generally range from $50-75.00 total.
