✱ Please note that this is only for haunted house & haunted portrait style commissions, and only for personal commissions.

✱ Slots are limited! Filling out this form does not guarantee you'll get a slot. I'll be reaching out via email within a few weeks if your commission request is accepted, and you'll also receive a PayPal invoice.
✱ My turnaround time on commissions is usually around a month. This is an estimate and not set in stone, but if there's any significant delays I'll let you know.
✱ You can see examples of my previous haunted house/portrait commissions on my website here! My definition of "a haunted house" is pretty loose: a house doesn't need to have literal ghosts in it to be haunted, and a haunted house doesn't have to be what we'd traditionally think of as a house, either. Things that can be haunted houses: your childhood home, a cool house in your neighborhood, your grandfather's greenhouse, the international space station, a house/lighthouse/building from a book/movie/game, the ruins where a house stood 4000 years ago, a shipwreck, a mausoleum, etc. If you think it could be a haunted house, feel free to request it!

✱ haunted portrait: $250
- + $50 if no reference pictures are provided and I have to design the house or portrait subject based on text descriptions.
- Duplex discount: if you want to commission two house illustrations at the same time, you can get both for $350 total!
Please do not send me money before I confirm your commission. If I accept your commission, you'll receive an email from me and a PayPal invoice.
✱ Payment is due upfront before work on the commission begins.
No refunds. If you need to pay in installments, let me know and we can
try to work something out for that! All prices are in USD.

✱ Commissions are sent as digital files (a print quality .jpg at 8.5x11"). If you want a physical copy of it, I'll give you a one-time-use 25% discount code for my print store!
✱ I do not offer refunds. Requesting changes/revisions on finished commissions will cost extra depending on how much additional effort is required. If you want to see and approve a sketch before I move onto the finished piece, let me know!
✱ You're free to use your finished commission for personal, non-commercial use — social media icons/banners (with credit back to me), printing it to hang on your wall, phone background, etc — as well as any other uses outlined in our correspondence.
Please ask first if you'd like to use it as a tattoo or alter it in any way.
You are not allowed to use my work for NFTs or AI generated processes.
✱ I reserve the right to post the finished piece on my own social media or use it for artbooks, prints, advertisements, licensing, etc.
