December Shaker Make-Kit Registration
This is the registration form for the December 2020 Shaker Make-Kit offered by Shaker Makers and Shaker Historical Society. Cost of each kit is $25 for SHS members and $30 for non-members. Once the registration form is submitted, you can pay the registration fee by returning to www.shakerhistory.org/programs-events/shaker-make-kits.

After submission of this registration form, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to pay for the program. Cost for the program is $25 for SHS members and $30 for non-members (cost is per kit and includes materials) . The balance is due in full by 11:59pm on December 4th, 2020.
Supplies for the program are included in the cost of the program and will be delivered to you the week of December the 7th. Details will be included in your confirmation email. Please contact education@shakerhistory.org for questions or concerns.
