Please take note of the following conditions that apply in case you get selected for Walk the Talk, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE CONFIRMING:

1. I commit myself to participate in the whole process, including:

• to prepare myself carefully for the Training Course
• to take part in the full duration of the Training Course   and the follow up, dissemination and evaluation process

2. I acknowledge that this Training Course   is a learning process and not a holiday, therefore I am committed to work on my development and manage my own learning, supported by the facilitators and peers.

4. I commit myself to participate fully in the program, and I am aware of its intensity and that free time will be limited.

5. I agree with the conditions of travel expenses and reimbursement. I do understand, that I only get reimbursement if I take fully part in the whole project including carrying out a follow up activity and following the procedure suggested by the coordination team.

6. I am aware that obtaining a health, accident, liability and travel/cancellation insurance is my own responsibility and at my own expense. A accept that in case I cancel my participation, I will not receive compensation for any costs incurred.

7. I understand that I will share a room with 1-2 other participants, that the program will be intensive and that there will be little free time.

9. I agree with all conditions outlined in the “call for participants”.

10. I consent to the use of my personal details (name & e-mail) for communication purposes by the organisers and that photos of me (taken in the frame of the project) can be published for purposes of administration and dissemination in the frame of this project only.

11. I agree that my personal data, that I provided in this application form for this project, are used for the purposes of this project and shared with representatives of all the partner organisations involved in the project. Personal data are also provided to the German National Agency. Personal data will be used in accordance to GDPR (General Protection Data Regulation).
