Due to COVID-19 Restrictions, we are only able to accommodate a limited number of in person attendees. Additionally, only those over the age of 18 are allowed to attend in person. Those who do attend in person will be required to abide by all applicable COVID-19 guidelines as specified, including possible submission of proof of vaccination or of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event. IMPORTANT: Only select yes if you have a place to sleep near Virginia Tech during the event, as VT policy does not allow sleeping in the event space.
