We have over 350 people registered for some aspect of the convention as of March 12. Due to our contract with the Holiday Inn, we will be able to carry forward our "balance due" to 2021. If you are willing, it would help the Partnership to apply your registration as credit to the 2021 event March 24-26 (our new registration system actually makes this possible). We are also going to face expenses due to the cancellation that we cannot otherwise recover; it would be helpful for those who can to indicate if they wish to simply donate their registration towards the cause. If neither of these apply, we completely understand and we will be processing refunds in the coming days. A small number of you paid by check; we will email you to follow up. This poll will help expedite that process.

We are also planning to carry out the 2020 Convention as a "virtual convention", largely following the same agenda. This would be live presentations with opportunities for you to type in questions to the speakers. As a registrant, you will be automatically "enrolled" in the virtual conference regardless of your refund status. You will not be committed to participating based on your responses below, but we are trying to gauge the level of interest. Bear in mind that there's a good chance we are all stuck in our homes in three weeks time!
