We are trying to find out how best to communicate with the units in our district and what opportunities we could offer to help support them.

For the first time in our history, our BSA Scouts outnumber our Cub Scouts. Most Troops’ primary growth comes from Cub Scouts crossing over, so it is vital that we all support Cub Scout growth for our long-term success. Do you have any fun recruitment activities or ideas that you would like to suggest?
We understand that units may not be able to provide all the advancement opportunities (merit badges, cub scout adventures, etc.) that the youth may be interested in. What are some things that the district could provide assistance with?
