The Baxter County Library Tween Library Council (TwLC) involves our tween patrons in furthering the mission of the library by seeking their ideas on programs, services, and materials, as well as facilitating opportunities for them to serve the community. By attending monthly meetings, the tweens are involved in promoting reading, selecting new materials, and planning events while building a supportive tween environment.

Students in 4th-6th grade are eligible to apply. Members are selected by an application process. Candidates should have a STRONG desire to help their community and a LOVE of the Library. All applicants will be considered, but spots are limited.
