This form is for anyone to volunteer for CostumeCon39 as either staff or volunteers.
  • Staff are those who are part of a given department within the convention, to carry out certain duties as needed by their department.
  • Volunteers are multi-purpose personnel. They are often placed where they are needed the most during their volunteer hours.

Costume-Con 39 and the staff and volunteers are gathering personal information necessary to the production, of the event. This information includes names, mailing and email addresses, and telephone numbers.
This information will being used to contact you in the event of questions about your information, or updated information about the event.
