The School Improvement Council (SIC) will hold an election for two parent/guardian representative positions during Open House on Tuesday, August 31st. The SIC is an organization comprised of students, teachers, and parents/guardians who support the school and assist in the development and implementation of the school’s improvement plan. Individuals wishing to nominate a parent for election to the CRHS SIC should submit this form by 8:00 am Friday, August 27th. Nominees will be contacted to validate whether they wish to participate in the election prior to their inclusion on the ballot.

This form is to nominate a parent/guardian of a student at CRHS. Please fill out the information below regarding your nomination. This is a two year commitment for the elected parents/guardians.
