West Louisville Women’s Collaborative is spreading H.E.A.L.I.N.G. (Healthy Entertainment And Love Inspiring Neighborhood Good) in 2021. Please provide information about your family preferences in order to receive three months of FREE spread H.E.A.L.I.N.G. activity kits provided by WLWC to families who live in the west end.  Kits descriptions are at the end of this form.

We will do our best to give you your top three activity kit choices, but we are unable to make any guarantees!  Kits will be handed out Feb-July 2021.

Deadline to sign up for all kits is February 15, 2021.  Limited to 100 west end families, so sign up ASAP!
