Welcome to the Youth Ministry Program at St. Virgil Parish! We are thrilled that you have chosen the FISH program at St. Virgil's to aid in your child's faith formation as they journey to the completion of the Holy Sacrament of Confirmation. FISH stands for Fellowship in Spirit with Him and it is a 2 year program which includes the following requirements to aid in your child's preparation for this Sacrament: meetings, retreats, Mass attendance, and service opportunities.

As we prepare for the 2022-23 school year, please fill out this form completely. The information collected is important and used for your child's Confirmation record with the parish and diocese. Correspondence will be done electronically, so please provide the most accurate email addresses that will be read on a regular basis, and remember to update it if that information changes throughout the course of the year. We will also need an e-mail for your teen(s) for any digital work they may need to complete. You must fill out a separate form for each child in your household.

Registration fees are $125 for the first child and $50 for each additional child. This discount pertains to multiple siblings in the FISH program only, not if you have children enrolled in FISH and Faith Formation (our K-6 program).
