PVS 2021 LC Junior Championships - Positive Check-In
Use this form to positive check in for or scratch from the 800m Freestyle and 1500m Freestyle.  Swimmers who do not check in by the check-in deadline will not be seeded into the event.

The check-in deadline for Events 7, Women’s 800m Freestyle, and 8, Men’s 1500m Freestyle is Thursday, July 15, 2021, 12:35pm.  

The check-in deadline for Events 27, Women’s 1500m Freestyle, and 28, Men’s 800m Freestyle is Sunday, July 18, 2021, 12:35pm.

If you submit multiple responses, the most recent will be used.

Heat sheets will be available on Meet Mobile, printed for coaches, and posted on the PVS website (www.pvswim.org).
