New Student IB Application - Transfer Student
This application is for Parents/Guardians of NEW APPLICANTS to the IB Program whose HOME SCHOOL is NOT the school to which they are applying. If you are applying to the IB Program at your child's home school, please fill out the Non-Transfer student form from our website.

In the RJUHSD, there are two schools that offer the IB Program -- Oakmont and Granite Bay.  If either of these schools is your home school, you will need to provide a specific and compelling reason why you are requesting a transfer to the other program in your answer to the third question below.

This form is submitted electronically. THERE IS NO NEED TO PRINT AND SUBMIT A HARD COPY OF THIS FORM. You MUST hit submit at the bottom of the page to complete the application process.

Once this form is completed, you will need to submit additional printed documentation to the GBHS or OHS office to the attention of the IB Coordinator. All students must answer the questions on the IB Written Application Form in their own handwriting. For incoming 8th graders, please submit a copy of the most recent and current 8th grade transcript.
