8 week program to help you with weight loss and teach you how to create a healthy lifestyle
Program Requirements:
-Availability January 17 through March 11
-Willingness to train 2 times per week for 45 minutes
-Willingness to train with others in a small group setting
-Willingness to turn your camera on via zoom, for the coach to ensure good form & to help build a sense of community
