Seussical Crew Application
ALL students must fill out a crew application, including crew leaders. Due to the amount of applicants, all students other than Fall, 2022 crew leads will be required to interview for the production crew during the week of December 5th in Trailer 6. The official crew interview date will be announced later. Forms & Resumes must be complete by the crew interview date. Though no previous experience is necessary, we are looking for students with an unmatched work ethic, a passion for working backstage, a positive attitude, and those willing to go the extra mile with our ever-evolving spring production. In other words, only students that are genuinely interested in working backstage should apply for the production crew. Should you have questions about any of the questions or requirements, please email Mrs. Hayes directly at ahayes3@wcpss.net.

Please email a separate resume to adhstheatredirector@gmail.com that includes any formal training you may have had, previous theatrical experience, special talents, educational accomplishments. Since this is for the production crew, please tailor your resume to reflect your crew experience and why you would be a good fit for the production crew. If you have no background in theatre, don't worry! Instead, focus your resume on why you would be a good person to join the theatre program.  By checking the box below, you are signifying that you have sent your resume the email address listed above. *
Are there any particular areas of the production crew you are interested in joining? For this question, please be honest! This is an unprecedented year and we want students involved in this production to be excited about which area of crew they are placed in. Due to the limited numbers of students we can have involved, we want to be sure we have enough students for every area.
Are there any areas of the production crew that you are NOT interested in joining? *
For NEW crew applicants (those individuals that were not involved in the fall production) one teacher recommendation is required. You may include multiple recommendations if you would like (up to five). Please ask your teacher to email me their recommendation directly at ahayes3@wcpss.net. All recommendations must be submitted by January 21. Do you understand this requirement?

There will be a $75 production fee to be involved in the production crew. The fee will help to offset costs for lighting, professional accompaniment, videography, and many other costs that are associated with a theatrical production. There are many ways for a student to earn the production fee that we will go over in our mandatory parent meeting in December. Fees must be paid by the production date and any fees not paid in full will be turned over to the front office for collection. By checking the box below, you are signifying that you understand the costs associated with this production and will pay off your balance in full by the production date. *
Required
There will be a mandatory cast, crew, & parent/guardian meeting at 6:30pm on December 13 in the chorus room. All students involved in the production will be required to be there with a parent/guardian present to discuss production expectations. Do you understand? *
