1. Raise voice to the “Voiceless”. Speak out in the face of violence and do not leave any woman alone.
2. Build trust. Listen to women in distress with absolute confidentiality and empathy.
3. Involve men and new generations in creating awareness about violence against women.
4. Share the contents of the tool kit in the family, in the school, in the neighbourhood, in the Church, in the associations, in all our relational contexts, wherever possible. Identify the needy; establish a dialogue on actions to be done.
The documentary can be shared: by e-mail, through social networks, websites, and TV. Mini-videos via WhatsApp and social networks.
5. Organise documentary screenings: in a cinema, lounge, at home, etc. for sharing and subsequent feedback and work on comments.
6. Collect feedback and comments on the film through the google form, already included in the tool kit.
7. Set up liaison actions between the congregations, religious conferences and institutions present in the field to form a network together, involve supporting system and stay connected with the network and the distressed women identified.
8. Communicate to the Observatory (info@worldwomensobservatory.org) all initiatives to disseminate good practices. Share actions in your social media handles, press meet and conferences.
9. Implement actions wherever possible that promote the achievement of women’s economic autonomy and that provide psycho-social and free legal service, where necessary and considering the local context.
10. Invite women and men to adhere to the Decalogue and become ambassadors themselves. Ambassadors should recognise and network with the existing structures within the community.
