EVU 2024 - VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP
As you know we could not pull off this epic day in the mountains without a lot of help, high-fives and energy from the 50+ ah-mazing volunteers that kindly step up and help!

2024 is no different, and we're again looking to build a fantastic crew to make the race weekend special and most importantly, smooth.

2024 Race Weekend schedule: July 26/27, 2024
  • Friday July 26, 4-7PM: Racer check-in at PPL
  • Saturday July 27, 6AM: 50km race start from Maiden Lake
  • Saturday July 27, 8AM: 15km race start from FAR
  • Saturday July 27, 7PM: Course closes
All volunteers receive:
  • Stag Leap crew shirt
  • Beer/Burger at the finish line
  • Entry into draw prizes (we have amazing prizes!)
  • Hefty discount for you and/or friend/family member for a future Stag Leap race
We have a variety of key roles, including:
  • Racer Registration (Friday evening, Saturday morning)
  • First Aid (OFA3 or higher cert required)
  • Aid Station (keeping our racers fed and moving)
  • Marshals (at road crossings or atop a mountain)
  • Flagging (assisting with pre-race flagging)
  • Course check (early AM check of flagging before racers come through)
  • De-flagging/sweeping (pulling flagging + cheering on the back of the pack'ers)
  • Timing (new this year we have chip timing, but still need a stellar timing crew)
  • Shuttle driver (helping racers back to start)
  • MC (keeping us all stoked at the finish line)
