Online Workplace Harassment Prevention Training Module
In compliance with state and federal law, Santa Clara University requires all employees to undergo training related to workplace harassment prevention and awareness every two years.

This training is facilitated by the Office of Equal Opportunity and Title IX, which oversees the University’s compliance with Title IX, equal opportunity, affirmative action, and other state and federal civil rights laws. The Office of Equal Opportunity and Title IX offers this training to employees in an online, self-paced format year-round. Periodically during the academic year, they are also able to provide this training as a live workshop.

This training covers topics related to recognizing and preventing discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace. It invites employees to consider the nature of harassment and discrimination. It also provides practical tips on creating a safe, inclusive environment for work, including safe and positive bystander intervention options.
