Thank you for your interest in having a party at the Montrose Recreation District (MRD). Please note these policies.
* MRD does not guarantee the party dates or times until you receive a confirmation receipt from and MRD staff
  person. We recommend that you complete the form at least 2 weeks in advance.
* Full payment is due upon your arrival on the day of the party.
* Parties that do not arrive on time will not be allowed to extend the end time of their party.
* Alcohol & tobacco are prohibited in MRD facilities except as allowed for beer and wine at Ute, Holly and
  outdoor pool parties at the Field House by special permission of MRD.
* Should a conflict develop in the use of facilities, MRD reserves the right to make changes are needed.
* Renters are responsible for cleaning the site and removing all trash at the conclusion of renter activities.
