This Participation Agreement is only for NEW Vista Magnet students in the 2020-2021 school year. Please fill out this form if you have not previously attended Vista Magnet.

We are excited to begin a new year with your child at Vista Magnet Middle School. At this school, parents, students and staff work together to ensure that your child receives the best education possible. In order to confirm your child’s enrollment into our magnet school, please review and agree to the following requirements to notify us that you are willing to accept these responsibilities to ensure that we have a productive and successful year together.

Parents: Please review this Participation Agreement with your student. Please complete and agree to all portions of the Vista Magnet Participation Agreement to secure your child's spot for the 2020-2021 school year.
