I understand that Junia Groups are empowerment groups for women in ministry leadership. These are ministry groups, *not* therapy groups. I understand I may not be a good fit for the group, and I accept that the group facilitator has the authority to make this determination for the group. If I am asked not to participate, I will be refunded (if applicable) for the group sessions that I do not attend.

I agree, to the best of my ability, not to disclose the identities of my colleagues, parishioners, or others, out of deep respect for the privacy of others.

I agree/covenant to hold all details of other members' lives & stories in sacred confidence. I will hold this space as sacred in this respect.

I agree, to the best of my ability, to participate in 4 consecutive groups, as my presence and attendance in this group is important to group cohesion and development of group trust.

Limits of Confidentiality: I understand that Shepherd Heart/Group Faciliator cannot be held responsible for other members keeping my information in confidence. Members are asked to covenant to do so, but this cannot be assured by Shepherd Heart.. I understand that the group facilitator (like many clergy) is a mandated reporter of suspected abuse/neglect. The facilitator must report any reasonable suspicion of abuse/neglect of childen, elders, and dependent adults to appropriate authorities. The ministry group faciliator will *not* keep danger to self or others in confidence, and will make appropriate disclosures to attempt to keep people safe.

Each group is 60 minutes, and costs $30 to participate. Initial payment for 4 consecutive groups is $120. I will be charged for these 4 groups whether or not I can participate, as attendance and participation is part of our covenant to one another. I will make every effort to attend these sessions as part of my covenant to the group.
