Please review the following information. *

・Please pay by bank transfer in advance. Payment will be sent with detailed information after your application is received.

・Meeting place/time is at Hakuba Station at 12:00 (pick-up service will be provided from Hakuba Station). Dismissal time and place is 3:00 p.m. at Hakuba Station.

・If you come to Hakuba Station by train, please use Azusa No. 5, departing Shinjuku at 8:00 and arriving at Hakuba at 11:42. For the return trip, please use Azusa No. 46, departing Hakuba at 15:16 and arriving at Shinjuku at 19:08.

・Please purchase train tickets on your own. Early purchase (30 to 20 days in advance) will get you 30% discount.

・Our staff from Shinjuku will also ride with you on the above train No. 11. If you are concerned, please reserve a seat nearby.

・Children with allergies or pre-existing medical conditions must be informed at the time of application.

・Children who have difficulty working with other participants (e.g., easily homesick, difficult to work with, selfish, violent, etc.) are not permitted to participate.

・Cancellations will be charged 100% within 3 days and 50% within 7 days.

・If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the camp will be cancelled. You will be notified the day after the closing date of each camp.

・As a precaution against corona, children who are not feeling well in the slightest and those who have been in close contact with the disease are asked not to participate.

・Rooms will be shared by children. If you wish to share a room with a friend, please indicate in the remarks column. However, please note that we may not be able to meet your request due to the size of the room.

・We appreciate your cooperation in granting us permission to use your photos.

Permission to use your child's photo *
For publicity purposes, we will take photos of children participating in the Kids Camp and use the photos on our website and social networking sites such as Facebook.
In doing so, we operate in accordance with the following items and rules.
１．Names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. that could be used to identify individuals will not be included in those in which photographs are used.
２．Photographs taken will be used only for publicity purposes on our website and social networking sites such as Facebook.
３．Photographs may be partially processed or modified, taking into consideration the layout at the time of photo publication.
４．If you agree to this agreement, you, as the custodian of the child
　　（1）Granting permission for the use of the photographs taken for the above publicity purposes.
　　（2）I will not make any objection to the expression of my work on websites, SNS, print media, publications, etc. that use the photographs taken. I will not make any objection to the use of the photographs.
　　（3）Not to exercise any right of portrait, right of privacy, right of publicity, or any other right against us or any related parties.
　　（4）This means that no claim or exercise of copyright, moral rights, or any other rights shall be made.
