Outdoor Machinery/Equipment/Other Vendors Registration           July 10 - 14, 2024
Dear Fair Exhibitor:

Greetings!  I would like to invite you to advertise your business by displaying machinery, equipment or other items in the outdoor display area at the 2024 Adair County Fair.  Whether you are new to the Adair County Fair or have displayed in the past, we thank you for helping to fill the grounds!    

The Adair County Fair Board is requesting that machinery and equipment for the outdoor display area be brought onto the grounds on Tuesday, July 9th between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  There will be security patrolling the grounds beginning Tuesday evening.  If this time will not work for you and you would like to make other arrangements or you have any questions regarding outdoor displays, please call Gerald Sychra at 641-344-6433.  If you are an outdoor vendor that actually has things to sell you may want to wait to set up your booth.  Please review the fair schedule and use your own discretion to decide on your hours.  

Outdoor vendor space is $200 for out of county businesses or $100 for those in Adair County.

The fair board would like to emphasize that ALL VENDORS & VENDOR WORKERS ARE EXPECTED AND REQUIRED TO PAY GATE ADMISSION.     You can purchase advanced discounted tickets good for any fair day for $8 each only through July 9th. Discounted tickets will NOT be available at the gate.  Individuals without a ticket will be charged full admission beginning Wednesday morning.  Please note, if you are a fair sponsor, you may receive free display space and complimentary tickets depending on your donation level. 

To plan the spacing of displays properly we are asking that submit this registration form asap (or call Gerald or Brenda).  Also please note if you have any equipment or other donations that you will be bringing for fair board use during the fair.
