Reporting time for all selected volunteers will be (Time)
The duties can extend up till 11 PM on all days.
Lunch shall be provided by Sanctum Events to all selected volunteers on both days of the convention.
All selected volunteers shall receive a special participation certificate along with a special goodie bag from Sanctum Events.

- Applications will only be accepted through the registration form.
- Do Not Send Emails directly or send DMs to social handles. They will end up getting ignored.
- Applicants should only apply if they can commit to both days of the convention.
- If you do not receive a final confirmation email from us about your selection, it means you have not been selected.
