In consideration of my desire to serve as a volunteer, I hereby assume all responsibility for any and all risk of property damage or bodily injury that I may sustain while participating in any voluntary efforts. I, the undersigned, am at least 18 years of age or I am the parent or guardian of a participant who is less than 18 years of age. I have read this Performance Authorization, Release, and Waiver of Liability and understand all its terms. I execute it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance.

5k Morning Race – Saturday November 13, 2021 – Lions Club - Dewey Beach, DE. Start time will be at 7:00am. Jobs will include prepping and organizing for packet pick up, athlete check in, bib distribution, water stop, finish line management and directional support. (Completion time approx. 11:00am)

Volunteers Day of Event – Sunday November 14, 2021 -Volunteers needed between 6am – 3pm. Report at your specific station (provided ahead of time - jobs start at different times throughout the morning). Jobs will include assisting runners/walkers with directional support/motivation throughout the course, finish line assistance, after party assistance and/or water stops along the course (See Map - Rehoboth, Lewes or Cape Henlopen State Park).

Volunteers for Strike/Clean up –Sunday November 14, 2021 - Report at 2:30pm at the Finish Line on the Rehoboth Boardwalk. Jobs will include assisting with breakdown and clean-up of event, lifting and moving boxes and assist where else necessary. Completion time around 4:00pm.
