2024-2025 Band Instrument Selection form
After viewing the videos on the website, please complete the following form.  Remember, in order for our ensemble to sound good, we really need a great balance of instruments.  

To maximize our time during the instrument appointments, students will be limited to 3 choices.  

Remember, these choices are for planning purposes only and students will make their final selection at the appointment on April 16 or 17.

If your child's first or second choice is percussion, you must reach out to Mrs. Granlund at cgranlund@zcs.k12.in.us due to the overwhelming number of students who have selected this choice.
