Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) Military-Connected Youth Process Action Team (MCY PAT) Family Member Application 2023-2024
The charge of the FCPS Military-Connected Youth Process Action Team is to identify the unique academic, behavioral, and social/emotional needs of military-connected youth and families and ensure faculty and staff are informed and prepared to meet the identified needs; partnering with stakeholders as appropriate. 

We would like to include two - three FCPS military-connected family members on the team to represent the voice, perspectives, and experiences of our families. 

Please take a moment to complete this Google form if you are interested in serving in this capacity. Selection will be randomized; however, our goal is to include diversity in terms of school level, region, branch of service and rank.
