The purpose of this form is to apply for a position to help with staff activities throughout the entire day.

Staffers must:

Help setup the venue at 7:15 AM and Cleanup the venue at the end of the competition

Complete tasks as assigned.

In return, staff members will receive:

Free Dominos Pizza Lunch
Refund of registration after competition has concluded.
