Tattoo Booking Request (London) 2021
Hello!
First of all please add my email ( nouvellerita@gmail.com ) to your trusted contacts, otherwise when I email you it might go to spam and get lost forever (as it has happened many times before).

Please read and fill in the form thoroughly, I will review them carefully and get back to people to book the tattoo. This is not a first come first serve kind of thing, I will choose the projects that I would love to do the most out of the requests I get.
Unfortunately because of the volume of requests I get I won’t be able to get back to everyone and will only get back to people who I’ll manage to fit in, I wish I could get back to everyone as I value each person who follows my work and wants a tattoo from me, but I’m only a small human with limited amounts of time so I’ve allowed myself not to have to get back to everyone. So if you’re one of the people I can’t get back to, I’m sorry about that and I appreciate you and the time you’ve put into contacting me, and please don’t hate me for it.
As you might have seen on Instagram I will be working from my own private studio in London from now on, which is very exciting. The studio is in Hackney and I’ll give you the complete address and directions once we have the booking down.
Please check travel restrictions because of COVID-19 if you’re coming from outside the UK.

Some of these include: letterings; silhouettes; bands; two dimensional/ flat objects; dragons; Buddhas and other religious figures/ symbols that aren’t part of my culture so I don’t want to do them a disservice by misrepresenting them/ being out of place ; mandalas. I also don’t do cover ups or transformation of existing tattoos, as my style of tattoo doesn’t allow for good results in this areas)

IMPORTANT: I don’t do rib/ belly tattoos as the skin in this areas doesn’t allow for the best results with linework.

Booking the date
After I’ve reviewed your request and if I decide to go on with your project I will send you an email with a link to a booking system where you will be able to choose from the available slots. Once you’ve chosen the date that best suits you, you’ll have to pay the deposit for the booking to be final (the info for the payment of the deposit will also be sent to you by email).
The deposit is 100£ per booking and is non-refundable but will be deducted from the final price on the day of the tattoo.
If you cancel the tattoo you will lose your deposit, as well as if you change your mind drastically on the theme of your tattoo and we can’t reach an agreement on something that would work for both of us.
If you have to re-schedule and give me at least 48h notice the deposit will be transferred to the new date.
Some pieces will need longer than one session to complete. The ideal way to do it would be to wait at least a month between them to give it time to heal between sittings, but if you’re traveling from further away and don’t mind sitting 2 or 3 days in a row we can arrange for that too.
I understand that in order to book a tattoo I have to pay a non-refundable deposit of £100 *

 I charge 170£ per hour. This amount already includes the time I will spend researching and drawing for you.
 Usually a “medium” (10-15cm) tattoo will take around 3 hours to complete. This is just so you have a rough idea of prices, but of course the time to complete each piece will depend on, not only its the size, but on its complexity as well.

How much of an advance notice do you need, to get organised for a booking?

If you live in London and/or can easily re-arrange your plans last minute (a couple of days notice) I’ll keep you in a special “last minute” list in case someone cancels, and might be able to move you forward if someone cancels.

I will review all the forms carefully and get back to as many people as I can. Bare in mind it can take a while as I think my “admin gland” came as a duplicate “eating gland”, so I find it stupidly difficult to organise myself. I am currently living and working in London, so this would be a booking for London unless otherwise agreed or stated.
