In order to register to attend the St Angela's Sixth Form Evening on Thursday 5th October,
you must complete this form.
The Open Evening is for Year 6 students looking to enrol in St Angela's School in Year 7 September 2024.
1. All students must complete this form to be able to attend the Open Evening.
2. Students will receive a confirmation email from the school which includes your entry code. This MUST be shown on arrival otherwise you will not be allowed to enter.
3. All students must attend with a Parent/Carer. Students who arrive by themselves will not be allowed to enter.
4. All students must be in school uniform otherwise they will not be allowed to enter.
