ENTRY FEE:  Men -  $150.00      Women $120.00 -  Please note: Women's field is full - your entry will be waitlisted. 
Entry fee includes the Monday meet and greet,  there will be an option optional Wednesday dinner at $30 per person, however there will be a surcharge of $10 for special dietary requirements.

Men - Matchplay      
Monday: Medal/Seeding Round
In conjunction with the Medal Round, on the Monday, the following trophies are played for:
Past President’s Trophy - Best Gross;   Don Stubbings Trophy - Best Nett (after Best Gross);  Patrons Trophy - Best Stableford;    
Rex Bridge Trophy - Diehards Best Gross (over 70 yrs);  Henry Ahrens Trophy - Diehards Best Nett (over 70 yrs); 
NZVGA Diehards' Trophy (over 80 years)   Nett and Stableford.
The Trust Bank Trophy – Teams Event (random drawn teams)

Tuesday: 1st Round of Championship Match Play
Wednesday: 2nd Round of Championship Match Play;   1st Round of Consolation Match Play
Thursday: Semi Finals of Championship Match Play;   Semi Finals of Consolation Match Play;   1st Round of Flight Match Play
Friday: Finals of Championship Match Play;   Finals of Consolation Match Play;   Finals of Flights Match Play

Women - Gross, Nett, Stableford.    Handicaps are NOT frozen.
Players will be divided into two equal size divisions based on current handicap.  
Games played Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
All four rounds count towards the Gross and Nett Trophies.
The Stableford Trophy is awarded to the player with the highest total of stableford points over three rounds (Best three of four rounds count). A player may play only three rounds, in that case all three rounds counts


MEN (limited to 96 players)  and WOMEN (limited to 40 players)  50 years and over,  

Maximum course handicap MEN 36, WOMEN 40 (higher handicaps will be reduced to these handicaps).

FUNCTIONS
Monday - A get together/Social Gathering/Happy Hour/Meet and Greet Function and Official Welcome to be held. Bar facilities available with complimentary finger food available. Player’s spouses and partners to be invited to attend.  Prizegiving for Mondays Men's events to be held.
Wednesday - A Tournament dinner will be held for players, guests welcome for $30.00 per person.  However there will be a surcharge of $10 for special dietary requirements.  
Bar facilities available.  
Meals are available at $20 per person - Monday,; Tuesday; Thursday and Friday.  Prebook  arrival
AGM to be held Wednesday after the days play at approx 5pm.
Novelty prizes will be presented daily at the close of play.   
Friday - Prizegiving after events.
GENERAL INFORMATION
 Twos available $10 for the week, enter at Pro Shop
 Free practice round after 12pm Sunday 1st December 2024
 Cart hire $30 per day for duration of tournament.  i.e. Men 5 days hire, Women 4 days hire.  
 Fully self-contained mobile homes may park at the golf club, $75.00 per vehicle for the week, i.e. 5 nights. 
A parking document will be given once you arrive.  If you need power; for medical reasons; please advise as there are limited powerpoints.
 STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT.   Space is available for players to store their clubs.

Players must be a member of a Golf New Zealand affiliated Golf Club.  
Players should also be a financial member of a Veteran or Senior Golfers Association.

A copy of your entry form will automatically be sent to your email. If you don't receive it within a day, please check you have entered your correct email.

Completion of the entry form does not guarantee entry to the tournament, should the numbers exceed tournament capacity, a waitlist will be established.

The Tournament Committee reserves the right to refuse entry with no reason given.

A confirmation of the acceptance of your entry will then be sent in a few days, of receiving your entry fee.
