Intent to Register Form for Kindergarten for the 2022-2023 School Year
Families with children who meet the requirements to enroll in the district’s kindergarten program for the 2022-2023 school year will need to complete the following form by Friday February 18, 2022.

Please understand this form DOES NOT officially register your child for enrollment, it is a resource the district utilizes in order to help plan for the upcoming school year.   A separate official registration process will occur March 14th - March 18th 2022, at which time you will be required to provide the district with documentation that pertains to your child.  Those documents include such things as proof of residency, confirmation of your child’s age, valid identification, health certification and proof of immunizations. Greater detail about these documents and the official registration process will be forthcoming.

In the meantime, please note the following:
- Parents of children receiving preschool services through the school district must also complete this form.
- In order to begin kindergarten this fall, children must be five years old on or before 12/01/2022.
