This questionnaire has been created for the purposes of a research study conducted by the Stony Plain Road Business Association. The study is being used to learn what types of citizens are and will be interested in shopping on Stony Plain Road and area. "Stony Plain Road" is located within the area between 140th Street and 170th Street, and the surrounding blocks North and South of Stony Plain Road between 100th Avenue and 104th Avenue.
Please note that your personal information and the raw data from this survey will not be shared with any organization or personnel outside of the Stony Plain Road Business Association. Only the interpretation of the data and the final results will be shared. After one year from the end of this survey, all data will be deleted for the protection of its participants.
At any time, you may leave the survey without finishing it should you feel uncomfortable with the information requested. By participating in this survey, you consent to all the above information.
