Pickerington Pet Fest
Pet related vendors can sign up to be part of the 2024 Pickerington Pet Fest. Saturday, April 20th 1-4PM in Victory Park

FEES: Vendors - $25.00  Non-profits - FREE (mail or email proof of non-profit status to pickeringtonvillage@hotmail.com or PO BOX 465 Pickerington, OH 43147)  

You will be notified of your status (Approved, Declined or Waitlisted)  If Approved you will receive an invoice via PayPal which can be paid online or you can mail a check to PO BOX 465 Pickerington, OH 43147 

Location: Victory Park – Across from City Hall at 100 Lockville Road, Pickerington, OH Set up 

Time Starts: 11:30 AM Check in at the shelter house – Need to be set up by 12:45 PM Once you unload your vehicle, you will be direct where to park All vendor spaces are outdoors, approximately 10x10 feet in size. You will need to supply your own tent with weights, table, etc.

*Note to Food Vendors: In addition to submitting this Application and fee, vendors serving/selling any type of food for human or animal consumption during on PVA-sponsored event are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance in an amount greater than or equal to $1 million general liability insurance to cover the vendor’s risks while at the PVA event. The Pickerington Village Association (PVA) and the City of Pickerington MUST BE LISTED AS ADDITIONAL INSUREDS ON THE CERTIFICATE. Questions? Phone 614-397-1082.

Vendor Agreement: The undersigned PVA PetFest Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Pickerington Village Association (PVA), the  City of Pickerington, their officers, agents, employees and volunteers from and against all loss, cost, expense, damage, liability or claims, whether  groundless or not, arising out of the bodily injury, sickness, disease or death which may be sustained or claimed by any person(s), or the damage or  destruction of any property, including the loss of use thereof, based on any act or omission, negligent or otherwise, of the Vendor or anyone acting  in its behalf with or incident to the PVA PetFest on April 20, 2024. The Vendor shall, at its own cost and expense, defend any such claim and any  suit, action, or proceeding which may be commenced thereunder. The Vendor shall pay any and all judgments that may be recovered in any suit,  action or proceeding, and any and all expense, including but not limited to, costs, attorney’s fees and settlement expense that may be incurred  therein.
