Career & Technical Education is now operating under new federal legislation, the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (or Perkins V). Part of Perkins V requires CTE programs to conduct a local needs assessment to determine areas of strength and areas in need of growth/improvement.  As a major stakeholder in Whiteville City Schools' Career & Technical Education, your input is essential and invaluable.  Please be honest, and please provide feedback, comments, suggestions, etc.
