WHAT IS THE BUDDY PROGRAM?
The Buddy Program (sponsored by HKAPSA) is designed to make your first transition into the program as smooth as possible. We've assembled the greatest team of passionate mentors who are current students in Health, Kinesiology and Applied Physiology  who can offer you a helping hand to get through the upcoming semester. We try our best to assign to you a mentor who is studying in the specialty you are interested in (AT, KCEP, Honours, Major), and/or has the same career interest as you and even hobbies!

Your mentor will:
- Provide you tips and advice on how to succeed in the program of Health, Kinesiology and Applied Physiology
- Answer any questions you may have regarding your academics, social events hosted by HKAPSA, and other inquiries about the university/program
- Follow-up with you halfway through the semester to see how you're doing
- Refer you to resources that can answer your questions about specific topics
