PROGRAM PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES• Fees are per student (not per family). The fee will be billed to the family's FACTS account at the beginning of the school year.• We are unable to refund days for service unused for any reason (illness, ect. )• The online posted time for the bus stop should be considered the departure time from the stop. Students should arrive at the bus stop at least five to ten minutes prior to the posted time to allow sufficient time for bus loading.• Once the bus departs and is out of the parking lot, the driver will NOT be allowed to stop for late arrivals. Our safety practices prohibit the bus from stopping on a public street.• In the event that a parent/guardian does not arrive on time for the afternoon run, the driver will make every effort to contact the parents via information on record. If no contact is made, and after a reasonable length of time, the student will be returned to school and placed in the care of the After School Care Program (ASP) and the appropriate drop-in rate for care will be assessed.• By agreement with the owners/property management of our bus stop locations, no parent/student vehicles can be left at the site of our bus stop locations during the day. *
