Please complete ONE form per business to be a part of Open Streets ICT 2022. A completed entry form, rules and regulations form and payment MUST be returned to Open Streets ICT by Friday, August 26, 2022 at 5pm. ALL checks must be made payable to the Wichita Parks Foundation.

Applications will be reviewed on a first-come basis. Open Street ICT reserves the right to reject any vendor or activity if deemed inappropriate for the event. All applicants, EXCEPT Douglas businesses selling in front of their store, will be notified of their designated spot no later than Friday, September 2, 2022.
