Our annual Grace Church weekend has always been hugely significant for engaging with God. But we also ensure there is lots of time for us to just enjoy being together, as this is so important too. We hope a good number will camp. Others choose to travel in. It all starts early evening on Friday with those camping setting up their tents, and then us all having a meal together followed by time to play games and chat.  During the day on Saturday we will be having teaching on living in the light of the past, present and future, with John Woods (an experienced minister within the Gospel Partnership), and with groups for pre-school and primary school aged children to also learn and have plenty of fun. Saturday afternoon is a mix of organised activities and time for relaxing, chatting or taking a walk. Saturday evening we hope to have a bonfire and will show a film for the children before their bedtime. On Sunday morning, those who camp will pack up and leave. We will then all gather in the Thomas' garden (Old House Farm, Rocky Lane) at 10am for an All Age Service to round the weekend off. (There will be no 4pm service that Sunday).

As usual for Grace church there will, of course, be plenty of cake, snacks, fruit, tea and coffee!

It is a great time together and a chance to be really encouraged through teaching, worship and prayer.
