This form is to request usage of SUSC boats. You must have received an induction on the relevant craft before taking it out for the first time, and you must be a member of SUSC.
Your request must be approved by a member of Committee before you can use the craft. This is only once you have received an email from us confirming your access, as we have to let UoS know. Please try and give us 12-hours to approve requests!
If you are looking to take out several craft, each helm must fill out the form (you can't fill out the form for multiple vessels).
