March 2020 Classroom & On-Field Training Registration for Officials Umpiring Girls Youth Lacrosse

Officials, if you want to umpire Girls Youth Lacrosse, (8th gr/U14 and younger), you need to attend two mandatory training sessions: Part 1 classroom training and Part 2 on-field training annually per US Lacrosse certification criteria. Successful completion of these two parts are required to officiate in the CGLA and AYL spring girls lacrosse season.

Please complete the following TRAINING registration form to register for BOTH CLASSROOM AND ON-FIELD training to officiate youth girls lacrosse.

MANDATORY CLASSROOM TRAINING:
We are holding this classroom training ONE TIME IN DENVER on Sunday February 23, 2020 and
Sunday, Mar 1, 2020
and ONE TIME IN COLORADO SPRINGS on Sunday, Mar 8, 2020. You need to attend only ONE.
NOTE: length of training at each location is different due to trainer/facility availability.

PRINT and MAIL your completed REGISTRATION FORM to Treasurer Allison (Bailey) Wilson according to the instructions at the bottom of the REGISTRATION FORM before DEADLINE OF MAR 1, 2020. IF you miss the deadline, PRINT and BRING your completed REGISTRATION FORM to this classroom training along with check payable to CWLOA for the following amount: If you are in HS: $25 for Jr Official, otherwise: $30 for new Adult or $45 for returning Adult.
