I agree to send Radiant Elle a detailed sales report from my business retail management software that shows the number of Radiant items sold every month on the last day of the month, indefinitely, until inventory at my business location has been exhausted. *
I agree to pay Radiant Elle 40% of the ORIGINAL market retail value of each item sold upon consignment, indefinitely, until all inventory at my business location has been exhausted. I recognize that any sales or discounts I provide to my customers will NOT be included in the value of the 40% consignment split paid to Radiant Elle and my business will absorb those costs. *
Per the above, I acknowledge that I have received a copy of all items that I agreed to sell on consignment, and I understand their market retail value as set by Radiant Elle as of the date this agreement goes into effect. *
I agree to a review of this consignment relationship with Radiant Elle every 6 months until all inventory has been exhausted at my business location, and I understand that at any review point, Radiant Elle reserves the right to modify or cancel this agreement to uphold current store policies and standards. *
I recognize that my business holds the responsibility of shipping all inventory to and from Radiant Elle's storage address and Radiant Elle is not responsible for any loss or damage to shipments with my chosen carrier. *
Radiant Elle requires a minimum of $150 in sales be met on any consignment agreement. If this is not met by the time your first 6 months on consignment are up, the balance on this minimum payment will be charged to my credit card at that time. Consigment agreement is in effect 6 months from the date this form is completed. *
Per the above, I recognize I am required to maintain a current credit card on file with Walla, Radiant Elle's affiliate customer management software, at all times while I'm part of this consignment agreement. *
I recognize that any sales taxes required of my state are my responsibility to uphold and report on my retail sales. *
